These answers describe the tools available in Rakooni today. Claim review, feature access, and public visibility remain separate decisions.
How do I find, add, or claim a listing?
Start with Find / Claim a Business and search by business name, with an optional city or ZIP. Choose an unclaimed listing to sign in and submit a claim. If no listing matches, use the add-business option; it creates a request for review, not an immediately manageable listing.
When does management access begin?
Submitting a claim does not grant access. Rakooni reviews the relationship information you provide. Management tools appear in the Dashboard only after the claim is approved and an active business membership is granted. You can check a pending claim's status in the Dashboard.
What can an approved owner or manager edit?
Approved owners and managers can edit core profile and contact information, manage Activities and weekly schedules, and create or edit Events within the business's current rolling allowance. Events are optional; regular recurring programs belong in Activities.
What is included with Free and Pro?
Claiming and the core profile, Activity, schedule, and Event management tools are free. Claimed Free includes 3 new Events per rolling 30 days. Pro costs $9.99/month per business, adds business analytics, and includes 5 new Events per rolling 30 days. The Gallery allows up to 3 photos for a claimed Free business and up to 12 with active Pro; photos above the current limit are hidden if Pro ends. Pro does not change organic Search ranking. Expanded social-link benefits and Business Updates remain Coming soon.
Is advertising included with Pro?
No. Homepage and Sponsored Search advertising will be sold separately and will not require Pro. Those purchases remain Coming soon while advertising is disabled. Pro includes no advertising impressions, and sponsored placement does not change organic ranking. Event Boosts and legacy promotions retain their own eligibility and availability rules.
How do I report a problem or request a feature?
Anyone can send Suggestions & Feedback. Signed-in business users, including accounts with a claim awaiting review, can use Business Feedback / Request a Feature. Feedback does not grant access or change a listing automatically.
