Terms of Use

Rakooni helps people discover businesses, activities, classes, camps, programs, and events. Unless Rakooni explicitly says otherwise, Rakooni is not the provider, organizer, instructor, venue, ticket seller, or payment recipient for a listed offering.

Listings and availability may change. Before participating, verify schedules, prices, age requirements, space availability, accessibility, waivers, cancellation terms, safety requirements, and other policies directly with the provider.

Businesses and providers are responsible for keeping their names, descriptions, locations, activities, events, links, and other public information truthful, current, and appropriately licensed. Rakooni cannot guarantee that every listing is complete, current, or error-free.

Registration and website links may lead to third-party services. Those services have their own terms, privacy practices, payment rules, and support processes.

Discovery-card Google Maps links open the matched business on Google Maps. Business-profile ratings, when available, are rendered directly by Google's Places UI Kit with Google's required attribution. Use of those links and that content is subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and the Google Terms of Service.

Account holders must provide accurate information and protect access to their accounts. A person claiming or managing a business listing must be authorized to do so and must not impersonate another person or organization.

Do not use Rakooni for unlawful conduct, spam, scraping that disrupts the service, malicious code, harassment, misleading listings, infringement, unauthorized access, or attempts to bypass platform safeguards. Rakooni may restrict, suspend, remove, or correct accounts and content when reasonably necessary to address misuse, safety, legal, or integrity concerns.

You should only submit text, logos, images, and other material you have the right to use. You retain ownership of your content. By submitting public listing content, you permit Rakooni to host, display, format, and distribute it as reasonably needed to provide and promote the Rakooni service.

Rakooni's own branding, software, layouts, and original materials remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Please report suspected infringement through Support.

Rakooni Pro is a business-level subscription priced at $9.99/month per business, billed monthly. There is currently no annual plan, trial, or promised coupon program. Eligible owners can open Checkout from the Business Dashboard when billing is available.

Pro includes business analytics, 5 new Events per rolling 30 days, and up to 12 Gallery photos while Gallery is available. Pro does not improve organic Search ranking and includes no advertising impressions.

Recurring billing continues until canceled. A scheduled cancellation stops renewal while paid access remains available through the current billing period. Payment method and invoice management use Stripe-hosted tools where available.

Launch requirement: final billing, cancellation, and refund terms must match the production Stripe configuration. Rakooni does not currently promise refunds, prorated refunds, or a specific cancellation cutoff.

Homepage and Sponsored Search advertising will be purchased separately and will not require Pro. Advertising remains unavailable while its purchase and delivery controls are disabled. Paid placement is clearly labeled “Sponsored” and is not presented as organic popularity or an organic ranking benefit.

Rakooni intends to favor contextual and local relevance and does not intend to create advertising profiles from children's personal data or add cross-site behavioral tracking as part of this V1 approach.

Rakooni may update, pause, or discontinue features as the service develops. We will revise these terms when material product behavior changes. Questions can be directed through the Support page.

These V1 terms intentionally omit governing-law, venue, arbitration, and detailed liability provisions because those require a deliberate legal and business decision before launch.
